The NZ Post Superannuation Plan is in the process of transferring to the Mercer Super Trust. The Plan’s transfer is now in a limited service period to ensure that your data and benefits are transferred correctly. This means you will not be able to make any changes to your account during this time via online or helpline. All changes will need to be actioned in the new NZ Post Super Plan. Online account
You won't have access to your online account during the transfer period. Mercer will send you a welcome letter with new sign on details in mid-November. Your new online account is expected to be up and running on or about 25 November.
Investment switches
You won’t be able to change your investment option until the transfer process has been completed. Any change you make will be to an option in the new plan. If you want to change your investment option, call Mercer on 0508 MERCER (0508 637 237) and ask for a change of investment form. If you want to talk to someone about your investment choice in the new plan, complete an online call back request form here and someone from Mercer’s Financial Advice Team will get in touch.
Forms
The forms on this website won’t be accepted after 31 October. Mercer will provide new forms you can use update your nominated beneficiaries, change contributions or apply for a benefit.
